Before running WhizGraph 1.2, please read the Software License Agreement carefully. By continuing to use the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept or agree to these terms, delete all copies of WhizGraph in your possession.
1. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND INSTALLATION
WhizGraph runs on a Power Macintosh with the following specifications needed:
• Macintosh Operating System, versions 7.5.x to 9.x.
• Minimum of 10 MB free RAM (additional RAM is recommended to increase WhizGraph's performance).
• Minimum of 6 MB free hard disk space (additional hard disk space of 10 MB is recommended).
WhizGraph will be easily installed from your WhizGraph download package:
• Unstuff the WhizGraph archive with Stuffit Expander 5.0 or newer.
• Double-click the WhizGraph_1.2_Installer icon.
• You are allowed to use an unregistered version of WhizGraph for 30 days. After that period you are reminded to register the program frequently while running WhizGraph. Read also the next chapters about the limitations of unregistered versions of WhizGraph and how to register the program.
• To uninstall WhizGraph the complete WhizGraph folder has to be removed from your hard disk (move into the Trash and delete it).

3. SOFTWARE FEATURES
WhizGraph's Version 1.2 includes a dozen of features for advanced data analysis and graphing.
A few of them are listed below. Regarding these or any other features refer to WhizGraph's Online-Help.
• Data entry and manipulation including Sort, Transpose, Mask and a variety of statistics.
• Calculation and Macro Programming with WhizGraph's calculator.
• Graphing offered by a variety of graph types such as Line, Scatter, Double Y-Axes, Histogram, Stack Bars, Area, Probability Graph, and more.
• Graph control with vast choices of Axis Options, Text Labels, Tick Marking, Color Management, Data Selection and Graph Arrangements.
• Curve Fitting allow for Linear Regressions, Polynomial Fits or any User Defined Fit, and more.
• Drawing tools enable adding of Lines, Arrows, Ovals and Boxes.
• Import and export of data and graphs using popular file formats.
WhizGraph's unregistered version contains all features of the registered version, but with the following options disabled:
• Exporting Datasheets in TEXT format.
• Copying Data from Datasheets to the Clipboard in TEXT format.
• Saving Datasheets with more than 500 rows.
• Exporting Graphs in high resolution PICT format.
You can test WhizGraph by exercising with sample files included in the WhizGraph Folder or enter and import your own data, manipulate it, graph it, customize your graphs with curve fits, error bars and more, and then print your results. For all that, the WhizGraph Online-Help will assist you.
4. GETTING STARTED
Basic steps for getting started are available from within WhizGraph choosing the Help Menu.
This feature gives an introduction into the basic functions of WhizGraph, how to create and customize a graph, how to use the algebraic calculator as well as important curve fit options and more.
5. UNCOVERED QUESTIONS
For more information on a particular topic or any question that is not covered by the Online-Help, please email to DeepGreen Solutions. Assistance is available for registered users by sending email to contact@deepgreen.de. Most requests will be answered within 5 days (Monday - Friday).
6. SOFTWARE REGISTRATION
If you find WhizGraph useful or use it for more than 30 days, you are obligated to register the program. WhizGraph must be registered to be eligible for free technical support. The registration pays for the cost of developing WhizGraph and there will be more new features as the WhizGraph project continues. In return for your registration and payment you receive an individual serial number that you can use to disable any registration reminders and to convert WhizGraph from the free trial version to the full version.
You can register WhizGraph using the "Register" program that came with WhizGraph folder you have downloaded. These registrations go through the Kagi service (www.kagi.com), which acts as an agent for us handling all the payment processing. Kagi takes Cash, Check, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, NetCash and First Virtual.
WhizGraph Registration is US$45 for a single user, US$300 for a site license, and US$1500 for a world-wide license. DeepGreen has quantity prices, send an E-mail for information or to request a quote. The Kagi registration program automatically calculates reduced-quantity pricing depending on the quantity ordered.
If you're using a credit card, NetCash or First Virtual, you can copy the registration information (with the Copy… button), and paste it into an email message.
If you're sending cash or a check, or you don't want to use email, save and/or print out the form from within Kagi and mail it to them.
Information about mail addresses to use and payees for a check appear on the copied or printed forms.
Kagi will e-mail a confirmation of your payment, including a serial number to register your copy of WhizGraph.
